Deanna Beamer
Deanna Beamer began her Penn State career in the Smeal College of Business’ accounting department in March 1988. She held various positions in the Smeal College of Business until August 2007, when she joined the College of Arts and Architecture as the assistant finance director at the Center for the Performing Arts. She received the Smeal College of Business Outstanding Staff Award in 1998 and the College of Arts and Architecture Staff Award for Outstanding Service in 2011. She was recently recognized in Penn State Today with a “We Are” shoutout. Her favorite memories include the colleagues she has had the honor to work with for the last 35 years, and also having Dean Korner as a bowling team member during a CPA team-building activity.
