Rebecca L. Henn

In her first 15 years at Penn State, Rebecca Henn enjoyed diverse roles from the undergraduate to graduate programs, and from theoretical to technical topics in architecture. Her research and teaching address questions of sustainability, as well as physical and social issues related to human mobility. She most enjoys the brightness new colleagues brought to the Department of Architecture since her arrival, and looks forward to bright new minds that will join in the future. Two highlights of her career include serving as an accreditation reviewer for Prince Sultan University’s all-female architecture program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and serving on the Academic Standards Committee of the Graduate Council. She looks forward to her continued engagement in research, teaching, and service in her next 15 years, as well as mastering a few mountain bike trails in Central PA.
