D.M.A Final Recital
On Dec. 7h 2020, I held my final recital at the School of Music Recital Hall. The recital was divided into two parts, a total of three pieces. I chose a set of six pieces composed by an Italian composer Ottorino Respighi as my very first work. Respighi as less known composer, I would like to introduce him to more audiences. The next piece was Variations on a Theme by Robert Schumann. This an early work by Brahms which indicated his relationship between his teacher Schumann and him. At this recital, I would express same feeling toward my advisors and school as well. In the second half, I performed the famous Waldsten Sonata by Beethoven. This was commemorated for the 250th anniversary of the birth of Beethoven.
