She works in the Highmark’s Enterprise Analytics Tools department and has joined Penn State last year. During her consulting years with Deloitte, she was a Women Initiative lead and has always been passionate about working towards women empowerment starting from their career advancement, speaking up, to encouraging women to pursue higher education, and develop new skillsets. Last year, she represented her organization in the Pittsburgh’s first Women in IT conference. At Penn State, she serves as the Executive Board Treasurer for the Students with Children Club.

She immensely appreciates this opportunity and is excited to start this journey of leading and serving the amazing women community here at Penn State this year.

Her involvement at Penn State includes being a Co-Founder for the World Campus Sorority, Delta Gamma Chi, and being a member of the World Campus Sustainability Club. She has previously held leadership in Delta Gamma Chi and World Campus Pride Club. Nicole was on the 2022 Graduate Student Court for Homecoming this past fall. She is currently a Smart Track Peer Mentor and is actively taking additional World Campus courses to gain knowledge in leading classroom instruction. She hopes to one day be a college professor!
