If you’ve ever been to Ireland or England or are planning a trip there the trip to Scotland is a quick one that is so worth it. For so many reasons Edinburgh in Scottland should be in everyones bucket list, from history to pop culture there is something about Edinburgh everyone enjoys. Since most people our age have read or watched Harry Potter I always recommend seeing the Harry Potter Castle if you are a fan. And while you visit one castle you may aswell take the walking tour of Edinburghs castles tht allows you to see most of Edinbrough in a entertaining walk. There are also tours of the vaults below the city that give the same vibes as the Catacombs but a little less creepy and with more historical stories. Learnig about Mary Queen of Scotts and the English rule of Scottland duirng my time in AP European history allowed me to understand some of the hidtory behind the vaults.
For those like my parents who get bored of a city easily, there are tours fron Edinbrough to the Scottish Highlands where you get a beautiful view of the countryside while seeing some of the cutest cows I’ve ever seen. In the Highlands you can visit Lock Ness and take a chance at seeing the monster in trhe water and take hikes and caneo rides around the Highlands to take in the beauty that I’ve only ever seen there.

In general Scottland is just one of the most clean and gorgeous countries I’ve been to. I always like to try a traditional meal from the ocuntries I visit so when coming to Scottand I looked up and saw some of their famous meals. As someone who loves a sweet treat after dinner I was a huge fan of Cranachan, a whipped cream, whiskey, oat and raspberry dessert that is extemerly healthy while still tasting like a sweet treat. But before dinner I did try Haggis and I wasn’t sure how I felt about it so I defenitly recommend trying it but for how much I enjoyed it I’m 50/50 om wether I liked it or not.
