Students MUST register via the microsoft form!. . . . Students will have the opportunity to take a tour in the United Nations Headquarters and learn about the history and works that the UN has completed over the years relating to Global Initiatives that Penn State Abington has focused on through the Global Programs office and the Lions Gate Global Village Living Learning Community. They will also have the chance to visit the famous General Assembly Hall and Security Council Chambers. Through this visit, students will learn how the UN functions, the initiatives that are most prominent, and how to engage in a global society. Students can gain a better understanding of the efforts taken in creating a more sustainable global nation.
