Dumplings: a food that everybody knows, but knows differently. There are many different types of dumplings across various cultures in the world, and here, you can try your hand at making a few of them! Join the ABC club as we make different types of fillings for this worldwide-beloved food, and learn new recipes and skills along the way! . . . . Notes: . . To prevent crowded space, this event will have limited spots, and requires attendees to stay for the entire 1-hour session. When the second session begins, you are free to leave or stay and continue to fold dumplings. After registering for this event, you will be directed to a sign up sheet to sign up for the dumpling you would like to work with. . . This is the first session of a two-part event; for more details of the second part involving folding the dumplings, go to the Folding Dumplings event. . Chinese potstickers (tofu, napa cabbage, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, dumpling wrappers). . Khinkali (all-purpose flour, salt, eggs, water, ground beef, ground chicken, onion, black pepper, salt). . Sweet Pierogi (all-purpose flour, egg, water, salt, oil, blueberries). . Banana Cinnamon Dumplings (bananas, granulated sugar, cinnamon, wonton wrappers)
