Wellspring Wednesday is a mindfulness and meditation workshop run by staff peer counselor, Phillip Diouf. It focuses on developing the awareness and skills around mindfulness to soothe, destress, and connect to yourself deeply. Whether you feel anxious, burnt out, or aimless, it is a safe space for all such needs.
