The night was cold, wet, and dark in the neighborhood of Kensington. On the ride down, Lt. Stephan talks of how certain models of cars have been targeted to be broken into and stolen by children and young as twelve to sixteen, all because of a tick Tok challenge that demonstrates how to break into cars such as Kia and Hyundai models.
