Birthdays!!

Now that February has officially begun, my mind remains focused on the subject of birthdays. Not only is mine at the end of the month (the big 2 1!!), but I have so many friends and family who also get to celebrate this month. One thing that’s always been super special to me is the way my family’s birthdays line up, so I decided to use this week’s blog to share that with you all. 

• My dad, mom, and I are all exactly weeks apart. 
  • My dad’s is 2/4 (today!) which falls on Sunday this year, my mom’s is 2/18 which will be in 2 more Sundays, and mine is 2/25, which will be in 3 Sundays. 
  • My dog filled in the missing week on 2/10 before she passed away.
  • This means that we have birthday cake in our house for most of the month!
• My mom and sister are exactly a month apart.
  • My sister is 1/18 and my mom is 2/18. 
• My late maternal grandmother and I are exactly a month apart. 
  • My grandmother is 1/25 and I’m 2/25.
• My mom and late paternal grandmother have the same birthday. 
  • 2/18! 

Now I know that this was probably all coincidental but I’ve always thought it was pretty cool that we were all connected that way. It does mean a lot of spending money in a short period of time though, especially following the holidays!
