A strong advocate for integrating technology in learning and teaching. Heba constantly strive to create a collaborative and demanding online learning environment for all learners and promote a socio-cultural and diversity approach situated in culturally responsive pedagogy.
Tanya Scotece, Ph.D., “Dr. T” is a professor of Funeral Service Education at Miami Dade College. Tanya is a licensed Florida Funeral Director/Embalmer since 2006.
She holds a Ph.D. from the University of South Florida in Adult Education, Curriculum and Instruction. Since the pandemic of COVID-19, and the need to move to online instruction, Tanya will share her experience with this new delivery method.
