Education is never over. A high school or college diploma is not the end. Adults should always strive to continue to learn throughout their lives. The need to continue to learn is important to broaden your understanding of an always changing world, and to advance in your everyday working environments.
Penn State Berks offers local adult learners that opportunity to continue their education at a local campus, part time or full time. Earn a certificate, or simply strengthen career skills through Penn State Berks’ non-credit programs. While many of the non-credit programs offer certificates in engineering and design programs, Penn State Berks provides other professionals the opportunity to hone and sharpen skills.
Penn State Berks offers two non-credit programs in Human Resource Management. Human Resource Management has never been more important in the corporate world. Whether a company is seeking to retain or recruit top employees, or is adjusting its benefits to meet the challenges and legal requirements for state and federal retirement and healthcare laws, human resource managers need to stay on top of changes in workplace management.
