The World Campus has a Faculty–Student Affairs (FSA) team that facilitates the handling and resolution of course-related issues that students or instructors may encounter. Advisers refer students to FSA for assistance for issues such as instructor responsiveness, student emergency or extenuating circumstances, and student–faculty interaction. FSA does not handle issues with grades.
