Coordination begins with setting a date, listing the event as part of Art+Feminism (A+F) annual campaign begun in 2013, and setting up a  dashboard connected to A+F. Next, prepare and send out a call for presentations about two months prior to the event. From responses coordinate a schedule of presentations, design a poster to publicize, set-up the meet-up page, and registration.
