Dr. Ruth Mendum serves as the Director of the University Fellowships Office (UFO), supporting Penn State students who apply for competitive national and international fellowships. Penn State’s University Office of Global Programs and Scientific American magazine are two of the organizations that benefitted from her expertise prior to her current role. A long-time educator at both the University- and high school-levels, she is dedicated to promoting an environment in which high performing students can flourish through various research opportunities and international experiences.
