The AIDCAT-2022 organizers have secured special discounted rooms and inexpensive dormitory housing for students.

Single room with a private bathroom. Dining hall meal plans are also included for each day of the stay to supplement meals provided through the conference. All reservations have an additional one-time $25 fee to cover linens throughout the duration of the stay.
Location and Venue
The conference will take place on the University Park campus of The Pennsylvania State University, located in State College, Pennsylvania, USA.
All presentations, registration, coffee breaks, lunch will take place at the Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center.
State College is serviced by the University Park airport (SCE) only 5 miles from campus, with direct flights from Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Orlando, and Tampa/St. Pete. Servicing airlines are Delta, United, American, and Allegiant.
