The teacher selects appropriate learning goals that challenges all students. The teacher identifies and selects goals that are achievable and permit measurable assessments. For example, the teacher changes activities to meet needs and interests of all students.

Actives are selected and created based upon the students’ interests; these include STEAM projects, poster boards, music-based activities, etc.
