Women in science creating a highly visible space for women in science! As a woman scientist, I completely adore this concept! Women in science are typically under-represented and/or not heard or seen as often as men scientists, whether it be at a conference, in the news, or even in a lab setting. But a group of women scientists are trying to change that!

A group of women scientists called the 500 Women Scientists created a Request a Woman Scientist website:https://500womenscientists.org/request-a-scientist

This website contains over 9,000 women scientific experts. You can use this resource to find women scientists for expertise in a specific field, a collaborator, a feature speaker, etc. I already signed up, and I encourage all of my fellow female scientists to sign up too. And if you happen to need a woman scientist, now you have a resource! It encompasses the entire world too! Check it out!
