The Anabaptist Linguistic Research Network (ALRN) strengthens and promotes the study of these communities in North America and beyond. The primary purpose of this network is to help establish and strengthen connections between us, since we are all working with these communities and are interested in their history, culture, and language. We, the founders, Joshua R. Brown and Michael T. Putnam, envision the members of this network will share ideas, presentations, publications, and other materials in the spirit of collaborative research.
