As the Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will operate, test, maintain, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment. You must adhere to all plant safety rules and security policies, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, 5S, and work with leadership to develop and implement new Maintenance processes. Performing advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, electronic testing, and repairing manufacturing equipment will be daily tasks.

 

SCHEDULE

The new member of our Maintenance Team will work FOUR, 10-hour night shifts with overtime available. The nightshift schedule is 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. with EVERY weekend off. Also, you will enjoy four days off in a row every other weekend!

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2-year Electro-Mechanical degree or equivalent in related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in an Advanced Maintenance Technician position is required.
  • Training or experience in an industry specific trade is required.
  • Must complete in house NPC/Eaton University electrical/electronic and maintenance training.
  • Must provide reliability through attendance and punctuality.
  • Additional on-the-job training will be required to advance to the next level.
