Registration and Cancellation Policy

Register online, fax or mail. Registrations will be confirmed by email upon receipt of payment, authorization to bill, or credit card guarantee. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks, please call 814-949-5535 to confirm registration. Walk-ins and late registrations may be accepted only if space is available.

Cancellations received after February 22,2019, will be assessed a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 1, 2019. Substitutes are accepted at any time. The University may cancel or postpone any course or activity. If the program is canceled or postponed, the University will refund registration fees but it is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Preregistered participants will be notified if a program is filled or canceled.
