The Office of Student Conduct works to create a campus culture that is self-disciplined and where civility and diversity are embraced.
We strive to deliver an educational process that is fundamentally fair and provides a system that promotes student growth through shared responsibility. Through programs and services, we help students become responsible and contributing citizens within Penn State Altoona and our local communities.

The University identifies unacceptable student behavior in a document called the Code of Conduct. You should familiarize yourself with the expectations of the Code of Conduct and allow it to guide you through your everyday decision-making, both in and out of the classroom. Knowing what is considered acceptable and honorable behavior is often the first step to making good decisions in your everyday life.
The conduct process begins when students do not ascribe to the ideals of the Code. If the terms or procedures of the conduct process are unfamiliar to you, use our reference page for more information. For answers to frequently asked questions, start with our FAQs page.
