Our research on viruses focuses on mapping conformational dynamics, assembly-dissambly transitions, effects of perturbations on virions and virus-antibody interactions.
Our research focuses on mapping biomolecular interactions and allsotery in nucleotide regulated and transmembrane signal transduction pathways.
We employ multiple biophysical techniques in order to probe protein structure and dynamics. These include Amide-Hydrogen Deuterium Exchange Mass Spectrometry (HDX-MS), Ion mobility mass spectrometry (IM-MS), Crosslinking mass spectrometry (XL-MS), Quantitative mass spectrometry (Q-MS) and Native mass spectrometry (native-MS).
