DEGREE: CORPORATE INNOVATION & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

CERTIFIED IN: REAL ESTATE ANALYSIS & DEVELOPMENT (READ)

I bring three quarters of experience from my role as a Brokerage Research Intern at Wolf Commercial Real Estate (WCRE), where I analyze market trends in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey, prospect tenants, abstract leases, and analyze deals. In a unique role as the sole intern within a mid-size firm, I enjoy unprecedented access to deal flow and direct client interface and support. My collaborative work with key decision-makers at the firm enables me to contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives, while my problem-solving and innovation skills have earned me the trust and guidance of seasoned professionals.

In the summer of 2022, I had the privilege of interning at Brixmor Property Group’s (NYSE: BRX) Corporate Headquarters in Manhattan, where I was an integral part of their National Accounts team. My position was dedicated to serving a wide spectrum of national retailers, including big-box anchors, QSRs, grocers, hair salons and suites, beauty merchandisers, and healthcare tenants. In my tenure at Brixmor, I actively engaged in lease negotiations, the development of rent budgets, LOI modifications, and the strategic generation of prospective leads while actively identifying novel retail concepts.

Brixmor Property Group (NYSE:BRX), is a prominent retail real estate investment trust (REIT) owning and managing nearly 400 shopping centers across the United States. During my internship, the company boasted a market capitalization of $6.45 Billion, solidifying its position as a top 10 retail REIT in this category. My experience as an intern with Brixmor proved invaluable, providing me with firsthand experience within a prominent publicly traded firm, and the operations and dynamics of a major player in the commercial real estate industry.

Beyond my professional experiences, I’ve demonstrated leadership as a Hiring Committee member at Penn State Hillel and as Social Chairman of the Second Year Council. As a part of the organization I, along with a team of four others, developed a mentorship program to welcome and acclimate first year students to campus and to Penn State Hillel. Furthermore, I have a background in volunteer work with the United Way of Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and the Montgomery County Board of Elections. My multifaceted background, combined with my dedication and commitment, positions me as a promising asset in the field of commercial real estate.
