Registration

After March 28, the only option to register will be onsite. Onsite attendees should expect a $30 charge in addition to the regular fees. Please note registration on Friday, April 1st will be at Palmer Museum of Art, and on Saturday April 2 & Sunday April 3 will be at Borland Building. If you are no longer able to attend and present at this conference, please let us know as soon as possible.

 

Registration Information

Registration covers all instruction, program materials, and meals as stated below. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

  • $120 – Regular Full Conference Presenter or Participant (Participants who are also presenters are expected to register for full conference registration)
    • Registration includes receptions (Friday and Saturday evenings); lunch (Saturday); continental breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday); and break refreshments (Saturday).
      • 13.5 Act 48 hours
  • $50 – Saturday Only Registration (Participant)
    • Registration includes evening reception; lunch; continental breakfast; and break refreshments
      • 6 Act 48 hours
  • $45 – Student Full Conference Presenter or Participant (all student presenters and participants).
    • Registration includes receptions (Friday and Saturday evenings); lunch (Saturday); continental breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday); and break refreshments (Saturday).
      • 13.5 Act 48 hours

 

Confirmation

Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

 

Refunds

If your request to withdraw is received at least two weeks prior to the first day of the conference, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by email to conferences@outreach.psu.edu or fax to 814-863-5190. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. After the week period, the participant or organization shall be held responsible for the full fee. Anyone who is registered, but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A registration form and full payment by the substitute is required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed.
