Hello funky people! My name is Aryana Chambers, or Ary, and if you’re reading this that means you’re interested in not just me, but the thoughts in my mind! This blog was created for my Rhetoric and Civil Life class. The course focuses on how we can effectively communicate to groups of people using different tools and techniques we will be gathering.
My blog will be split into two threads; Rhetoric and Civic Life prompts (RCLS) and passion posts (PAS). RCLS will focus more on in-class topics and will be used to demonstrate what we are absorbing and then applying it to the real world. I plan to focus these prompts on social issues I feel passionately about, as well as current events in our community. For PAS, these posts will revolve around the question, “Can you truly separate the artist from the art?”. I will be diving into many forms of literature, music, and even politicians to try and find an answer.
Now for the fun part- all about me! I’m a freshman at Penn State but I originate from King of Prussia, Pa. Family is extremely important to me, as well as friends, and my beautiful pets whom I love with my entire heart. I play instruments, love to read, do sports, and adore THON. Thank you guys for showing interest in me and my thought bubbles, and I hope you stick around for the fun!
