Podium Presentation

Podium presentations will be 12 minutes long followed by 3 minutes for questions. You must bring your presentation on a USB drive in PowerPoint or PDF format only. If you are using PowerPoint, also bring a PDF version of your presentation as an alternative if there were to be a compatibility issue. You may not use your own laptop for the presentation. Computers will have VLC installed to play common video types. It is recommended to bring the video files on the flash drive in addition to embedding them into your presentations. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to allow the session chair the time to load your presentation onto the computer.

Poster Presentation

Posters should not exceed 48″x48″. You may use our poster template
