Workshops, Networking, and Dinner will be held at Alvernia CollegeTowne at 401 Penn St. Please enter using the Penn St. entrance and then proceed to the Lower Level.

Parking is available by the building in a gated surface lot. The building is very walkable (0.3 mi) from the DoubeTree Hotel.

Saturday

Podiums, Posters, and the Keynote will be held at the Beaver Athletics and Wellness Building at Penn State Berks.

Hotels

Two blocks of rooms have been reserved at the Reading DoubleTree and at the Wyomissing Fairfield Inn & Suites. The DoubleTree is within walking distance of the Friday activities, and the Fairfield Inn is a bit more centrally located, but will require driving to both locations. Please see below for additional details.

Reading DoubleTree
