Attendee Registration (due March 21)

The conference fee covers all instruction, program materials, Friday dinner, and Saturday’s breakfast and lunch. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

You may not use your Penn State account to register anyone other than yourself. If you are registering someone else, an account must be created with their name and information.

Payment is by credit card only. For questions regarding registration, please contact the noncredit registration office at noncredit@psu.edu or by phone at 814-867-4973 during 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (ET), Monday – Friday.

If you experience any log-in issues please use both the Forgot User Name link to receive your User Name and the Forgot Password Link to receive a unique system generated password. Emails will be sent in less than 5 minutes to the email we have on file for you (check your junk box). Please note: even if you never set up an account you will still use these links; if we have previously registered you then you have an account already.

Confirmation

When your registration is complete, Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment and provide any additional information specific to your program site. Confirmation and information will be sent to the email address that you provide on your registration form.

You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Refunds

Cancellation requests for a refund can be received up to two weeks prior to the first day of the conference. Send your written request by email to PSUconferences@psu.edu.

Substitutions

Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required.

Illness Acknowledgement

Attendance at any public event involves certain unavoidable risks, such as exposure to or infection by transmissible diseases, viruses, and other illnesses (including, but not limited to, COVID-19 and its variants). Your presence at events or programs hosted by The Pennsylvania State University indicates your assumption of any and all such risk as well as your agreement to adhere to all University policies including, but not limited to, those intended to mitigate the spread of transmissible illnesses. As a member of our community or guest, it is your responsibility to practice basic health, safety, and sanitation measures. The University prohibits your attendance if you are symptomatic of any commonly spread transmissible illness.
