Submit a 250-word abstract for a presentation or poster by September 8 2017 here. Once the abstract has been submitted and has been approved, you may then optionally submit a full paper draft (see below). Please specify in your title if you want a (poster) or (presentation).

Presentation Abstract

Submit an abstract if you are interested in giving an oral presentation at the conference. Abstracts will not appear in the proceedings. Submit a maximum 250 word abstract on the submit abstract page.

All presentations will be scheduled on Saturday, October 7. Presentations are to be ten minutes with two minutes for questions. Speakers must bring their presentation files on a portable USB drive. You will not be able to use your own computer nor access your file via the web (e.g. you cannot download it from google drive or Dropbox at the podium). Your presentation may be in PowerPoint (ppt or pptx) or pdf format only. If you have a PowerPoint file, it is highly recommended to also have a pdf version in the event that there is a conversion problem between versions of PowerPoint. If your presentation has video, have the video files on the drive in a common format in the event they do not play within the presentation.
