Submit an abstract if you are interested in giving an oral presentation at the conference. Abstracts will not appear in the proceedings. Submit a maximum 250 word abstract on the submit abstract page.
All presentations will be scheduled on Saturday, October 7. Presentations are to be ten minutes with two minutes for questions. Speakers must bring their presentation files on a portable USB drive. You will not be able to use your own computer nor access your file via the web (e.g. you cannot download it from google drive or Dropbox at the podium). Your presentation may be in PowerPoint (ppt or pptx) or pdf format only. If you have a PowerPoint file, it is highly recommended to also have a pdf version in the event that there is a conversion problem between versions of PowerPoint. If your presentation has video, have the video files on the drive in a common format in the event they do not play within the presentation.

You may use the poster template (download poster template). Easels and backing boards will be provided.
Full papers will appear in the conference proceedings and be searchable on the ASEE website. Papers are limited to six pages and must adhere to the format of the paper template (download paper template). All submissions must be submitted as a pdf file only. Submit papers here after your abstract is approved.
