  1. I want to convey the differences between generations in the workplace. For instance they various outlooks, wages, goals, and struggles. My slides could be a bit more focused and collective. I want to fix the formatting of the works cited as well.

  2. I really like your use of images to convey the shift in the workplace, while also showing the comparison between generations. For formatting, I would suggest not to stretch the image to cover the whole slide as this could be distracting and not visually pleasing. I also think it could be more effective to not have as many words on slides and rather explain what the images are and how they contribute to your argument.

  3. I think your TED Talk Slides are pretty good, but I think Slide 4 and Slide 6 contain way too much words in them. Even though they are explaining the different generations in the workplace in detailed, I think you should be talking about them instead of showing them in the PowerPoint because it would be distracting for the audience. With that being the case, I think Slide 2 is the perfect slide that you should be using more. Lastly, as you have mentioned, I think the format of works cited can be improved and I think you can add a work cited at the end of the presentation as well. Overall, I think your TED Talk Slides are pretty good and I cannot wait to hear your speech.
