About Me

My name is Brandon Tielsch. I am currently a Senior at Penn State University, and have been working as a Student Trainer with the Penn State Football Team for the past 2 seasons. During my time with the Team, I have gotten to see some extraordinary things like walking out onto the field for a Whiteout at Beaver Stadium, traveling to the California with the team, and even got to make the Gatorade that was dumped on Coach Franklin at the Rose Bowl (How many people on Earth can say they did that?)

One of the most rewarding things that I have seen over these past two years however, is the development and improvement of a lot of the different players. Whether it be changing their body to be able to perform better, or recovering from an injury to get back on the field and make a tackle, there are different ways that each player has proved their strength and resilience. None of these developments have come without a ton of hard-work from the player, as well as the staff around him. On this website, I would like to share some of the methods that players have used in order to help themselves improve on the field.
