Bees Project Revamp

Feature creep is a common issue that arises during the development process in which additional features, functions, and content beyond the original requirements continually get added to a project. Noticing the hallmarks of this issue, the Bees Project development team recently sat down to touch base about the current state of the project and how that aligns with the initial goals of the project. Pruning various extraneous features and reworking others has allowed the project’s core functionality to really shine. In this post I will be covering the recent revamp of the Bees Project. A playable prototype demo can be found at the link below.

Camera Modes for the Bees Project

Now that I had the basic functionality of the Bees project up and running, the next feature requested was a set of camera modes. These camera modes would allow the user to easily switch between various vantage points around the bee model. In this post I’ll cover the various camera modes added, new secondary features that were added along with the camera modes, and information about the development process. A playable prototype demo of the camera modes iteration of this project can be found at the following link.
