November 3, 2022 at 1:50 pmI think your slides are super cute !! I really enjoyed the beginning where you included the text about you inserting pictures of yourself. I think that is something that a bunch of girls can relate to ( including myself) which allows us to make a connection to our childhood through your TedTalk. I’m curious to know why you decided to include the sparkling dresses of the princesses( I will probably learn about this soon anyways!). A suggestion I have for you is to include older disney princess as it represents the lack of diversity and eurocentrism within the films that younger girls watched.

November 3, 2022 at 2:02 pmI think your slides look really good, as I can already imagine the structure of events through the sequence of pictures. I also like the idea of putting a picture of yourself to show the influence of Disney princesses on girls. A suggestion I have, though it may be in the talk so I’m not sure if it’s necessary, is to put maybe newer disney female characters, like Moana (or whoever I have barely any knowledge on Disney princesses), to show how or if the protrayal has changed.
