There are three instruments for measuring the moisture content of samples, located within the Burke building on campus.
These instruments include the Arizona Instrument Computrac Vapor Pro, the Arizona Instrument Computrac Vapor ProXL, and the Arizona Instrument Computrac Max-2000. All three instruments measure the moisture content of a sample as a function of temperature and time.
