Deliberation

I have been thinking about what I want to use for the deliberation project, and I have had a few ideas. I really wanted to try to avoid some sort of site where the comments moved along too quickly for anything I say to actually have influence. I think the best idea I have come up with is a forum of some sort. The first thing that came to mind was an electric car forum, since it is something I know a lot about as well it would be slower commenting rate. However I am concerned it will actually be too slow. I think I will continue to brainstorm and see what I can come up with.
