The Chmely Group is committed to diversity and inclusion. Developing a sustainable bioeconomy based on renewable carbon is a complex challenge. Diversity of backgrounds and experiences leads to diversity of thinking, which leads to new and creative solutions to complex challenges. The Chmely Lab seeks to nurture a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment where all perspectives and contributions are valued, and where people feel empowered to be their authentic selves.
