8:30 am – 10:30 am: Large instrument/equipment drop off in the lobby of the Bundy Blue Band Building (drums, Sousaphones, trombones, baritones, and flags/silks)
9:00 am – 11:00 am: Arrival and Check-in (all participants)
11:00 am – 12:30 pm: Lunch
1 pm – 4:00 pm: Instruction at the Blue Band Building/Practice Field (students should report with all marching instruments/equipment to all instructional sessions)
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Dinner
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Instruction at the Blue Band Building/Practice Field
9:00 pm – 9:30 pm: Check-out (commuter participants)
11:00 pm: Room checks and lights out in dorms (resident participants)

7:00 am – 8:00 am: Breakfast (resident participants)
8:00 am – 8:30 am: Check-in (commuter participants)
8:30 am – 11:30 am: Instruction at the Blue Band Building/Practice Field
11:30 am – 1:00 pm: Lunch

- IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Penn State policy regarding minors, no video or photographs may be taken during the performance
