Sculpt and Slice practice exercise!

Here is a preview of my final project with slicer. Here is what I had created with my experience from slicer. The preview could of bassically been used for my final laser cuter project except for the fact that at this time I did not have the correct thickness of the cardboard. In my psu pox account you will see the practice version with slicer with my hat and the final product!

Hat design!

In class we had messed around with our 3d models on what we had decided to create! I had liked the idea of creating a model of a hat. I was set on wanting to create a 3d model of a hat because it is different than what many people would think of doing because it is not a full object. I decide to create a solid figure of a hat because it was different and I also like to wear hats quite a lot.

9 Grid Squared

The 9 square grid was very unique! I was able to mess around with the filleting. It was neat to use this program again because I had used it in the past in high school. One new thing I had learned was with the sculping tool to create 3d images right off the bat without drawing a 2d figure and extruding it!
