    Letters of Recommendation
    If you would like to request a letter of recommendation for grad schools or other organizations, please fill out the application below and include it with the rest of your materials for Dr. Miller. Click here to download the britelab Letter of Recommendation Application. Also, per the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act , you must also complete the form to request a letter of recommendation here with your request


    Institutional Review Board Training for Human Subjects Research
    New lab students will need to complete the Internal Review Board ethics training. Download the “Instructions for Accessing and Completing the CITI Course Training Requirements” and complete the Social and Behavioral Research training by visiting the CITI training website.

    When you are finished you will need to print and email your completion form to Dr. Miller. To access your completion report, click “print” under Completion Report.
