Growing up in my life I have seen a lot of people struggle, but never let the cloudy days stop them from succeeding to reach their goals. In life I do not believe in fate, I believe that we shape our lives and our future by the actions we make and how we live our everyday lives making our own decisions.
As we grow up to become young adults we realize that we are used to always following the rules that our parents set for us, but now that we’ve grown up and are away from home, and are at college we have a lot more freedom and responsibilities to do whatever we want without having someone checking on us 24/7. Now that we are older it is up to us to shape our future, I have been raised to believe that there is no such thing as a free handout to get further in the career field I wish to succeed in. I follow the belief that hard work always pays off and all we need to do is put all our effort into whatever it is we are trying to accomplish, so that in the end of it all we can see that all the long hours and dedication had payed off.
As a Penn State student I have succeeded hard by studying and preparing for test to increase my eligibility to continue my education. Everyone has a dream that they wish to accomplish, so basically who has the most control to make that dream come true? I have a saying that I always followed since I had started high school which states “The Future Belongs To Those Who Believe In The Beauty Of Their Dreams”. If we have dreams we want to achieve then we must put our best foot forward to achieve that dream and be able to look past the bumps and keep pushing forward to a better future.
We shall always succeed in life as long as we believe in what we are doing, no one can hold us back besides ourselves whether it’s fear of us failing or us not completing what was planned, but the only true failure is giving up and not trying. So to sum up what I believe in is we control how our lives can go with every action we take and each decision we make everyday of our lives.
The belief is great but the story overall is not attractive or persuasive enough. More details and examples can be added, rather than general statements.
