This is a forum for the students in Dr.Z’s COMM365 – Social Media Communication & Strategy, a course is devoted to developing an in-depth knowledge of social media communication by using analytics tools. Here we will share our profound knowledge in using analytics tools to design and improve social media action plans in business settings.
This course treats all entries like articles published in technology columns by major news media organizations on the internet. Students are encouraged to correct any errors in the articles even after they are posted online. Here is our required textbook: Social Media Communication: Trends and Theories, Wiley (2022)
