The Spokes: Footage of a various government offices throughout the area such as the Social Security Office, Post Office, Police, Fire, etc. B-Roll of employees working. Statistics of cutbacks being made and who will be effected.
The Rim: Introduce what the sequester is and how it is going to impact government agencies and workers throughout the country and specifically the area. B-Roll of government employees.
Middle: Focus on the local government agencies here and interview them. Get their thoughts on what they think about the entire situation. Include politicians in the interviews. Do they believe their jobs on the line? What do they think about the cuts being made.
End: Play interviews of the normal people who are registered to vote and do they believe the cuts are a good or bad thing.
