The Boalsburg Farmer’s Market will receive a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Farmers Market Promotion Program in order to help expand their programs and availability.

The focus is on what the grant will do specifically and how this will affect the Boalsburg community and the Farmer’s Market.

The main people in this piece are the members of Boalsburg, the key people in charge of the Farmer’s Market and the vendors, and the members of the USDA whom are responsible for the grant.

Key details: The grant allows the Farmer’s Market to increased culinary demonstrations and outreach programs and it will benefit members of the community who are supported but he USDA’s Supplemental Nuritition Assistance Program.
