former Bellefonte High School Men’s Basketball player. However; this year he has decided to give back to the women’s squad.
Gearhart has held a lot of positions as a coach, however, this is the first time he has been offered a head coaching position. Even though Gearhart does not teach at Bellefonte High School, his status as a alumni gives him a connection to the school’s athletic program in a way much further than a teaching salary can provide.

The Bellefonte Red Raiders women’s basketball squad is currently 0-2 on the season and they are searching for their first win on January 9th against Central High School in Martinsburg, PA.
