Axle: There are teachers out there who have an impact on students’ lives that need recognition and the State High school district did just that.
The Riders: The people would be parents of students that attend those schools that the teachers received awards from. Potential students that are planning to attend those schools and parents of the those potential students. Also, the community members so they are aware of what is going on in the schools. Maybe even principals of other schools that what to know what is it that schools like Mount Nittany High and Radio Park Elementary are doing that their teachers are being recognized.
The Spokes: I would get nat sound of the students walking to class, in the hallways, and teachers giving lessons. Interview those teachers that received the awards and ask about their feelings about the award and their teaching skills. Interview students in their classes and the principal of the schools. Take still photos of the school, children walking in the hallways and in class. Also, get still videos of the teachers themselves, not only teaching but interacting with the students. I will do my stand-up in front of the school building.
The Rim:
Beginning: I will take video of students going inside the school building with parents dropping them off, if there are any. Get sound of the school bell ringing. I’ll get footage of the students running to class along with students sitting at their desks in the classroom. Also, take video of the teachers’ classrooms who received the awards and their teachings.
Middle: I will interview the principal and other staff members about the teachers that were honored for their skills in the subject area. I will interview students and take footage of their faces when they are asked about that specific teacher. Interview the teachers individually and ask about their reaction to the award and their teaching experience.
End: I want to show that viewers that their are teachers who are being awarded in their specific areas. Also, pointers on how to improve your class or see how these teachers did something differently, which granted them recognition.
