The Kinesiology Club says some benefits of staying active are that it can improve your overall health, lower the risk of stroke, reduce your risk of becoming diabetic by almost 50%. Regular exercise can also reduce the risk of breast and colon cancer and improve your mood. Local fitness club, Ki’netik Fitness, located at 2301 Commercial Blvd offers a unique take on fitness.
