Axle: A new type of restaurant is opening soon in state college which has multiple different types of food sold there in a food court setting.
Riders: Ken Ngan, owner of the new restaurant. Man on the street style interviews with shoppers on calder way, and former patrons of Rotelli’s (the restaurant which formerly occupied the space where Little Food Court will be).
Spokes: I will have stand up interviews with the riders, as well as my own voice over for audio. I can attain b-roll to use from the new restaurant’s location both of the building itself, and the shoppers walking downtown. I will also get b-roll from Ngan’s other restaurants he owns in town.
The Rim:
Beginning: It will open with a quick voice over of me explaining the new restaurant that is opening and that it will replace rotelli’s. This will be over b-roll footage of the location and people walking and shopping downtown.
Middle: This is where I want the big interview with Ken Ngan to be where he explains the concept of the resturant. This will also have the shots of his other restaurants as he is talking to show his experience in the business.
End: I would finish with a stand-up shot of me at the location once more. During it I would talk about what Ngan hopes to accomplish with his restaurant here and what will set it apart from the other restaurants in State College.
