By providing online users with interactive options and digital illustrations, the website has a greater chance of drawing users to their site by offering the opportunity to view their page with greater detail. However, while the website does a good job of showcasing their projects in the most humanely way possible, it lacks written information. With minor written information, it could cause obscurity when users are in a search for greater information. For example, the potato chip project provides a great insight into the quality and production of the chips, yet it lacks detail about the chips by omitting written information.

Based on all of these services that they provide; the website creators ultimately strive to use storytelling to appeal to their users. Calling themselves “Design Thinkers,” they explain that they use a myriad of digital design tactics to create meaningful experiences for their users. Similarly, they assume that telling stories is the best strategy to attract new customers to the site and by using new technologies, they have the opportunity to achieve this goal.
