Idea: The Jewish high holidays begin this week and I would like to focus on how those holidays are celebrated by the Centre County Community.

The Axle (What do you want the viewer to understand? Use one declare sentence: Noun + Verb + Object. Do not use a phrase or ask a question here.):
I want viewers to understand the importance of these high holidays and how the Jewish community specifically in Centre County are celebrating this important time.
The Riders (Who are the best people to tell the story):
I want to speak with prominent members of the Jewish community, including different Rabbis and Jewish families that regularly attend synagogues in the area
The Spokes (Any memorable moments: bites, sound, track, stand-up?):
I would love to have footage of the beautiful, rhythmic prayers said in synagogue, if I would be allowed to film inside. Starting the story with the prayers in the background would be a great way to open up the topic.
The Rim (What are the beginning, middle and ending of your story?)
Beginning: Begin with prayers humming as my nat sound. Introduce the piece by talking about the holidays coming up.
Middle: To transition, I would like to speak with a Rabbi to tell the audience the religious significance of this time in the Jewish community
Ending: To end, I would like to feature a Jewish family making their preparations for these holidays, including the traditional foods/drinks served, ex. challah bread.
